To create your Personalied design I will need:
1.Full name of little one.
2.Parents name/names. (if not included, the ‘proud parents’ line will be removed)
3.Date of birth and due date.
4.Time, weight, location. If born at home, please note ‘home’
5.Colour option eg. Pink, Blue, Rainbow.
